Organizational Development & Human Resources Manager
3 hours ago Full Job Description HR Works is supporting our client, a transportation and logistics company, with its search for an Organizational Development Manager.
The Organizational Development Manager is the first point of contact for employees' human resource related issues including benefits, leave of absence, labor law compliance, and payroll.
This role works in the facility (fully onsite) in North Chili, NY.
The right candidate will have:
At least 5-7 years of Human Resources Generalist experience independently supporting a mid-size company (over 200).
A bachelor s degree is strongly preferred, an associate's degree with commensurate experience is required.
Experience administering all areas of Human resources, including Leave of Absence cases including FMLA, NYS PFL, Workers Comp, Short- and Long-Term Disability claims, new hire onboarding, and payroll.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead HR initiatives but additionally a true team player that focuses on internal customer service.
An HR certification is preferred but not required.
A high degree of HR compliance knowledge is required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
